What's an EC12 : A beautiful boat from an US R/C class processed by the AMYA.
To homologate this boat, you need to buy a hull from a builder registered by the AMYA. See the page to have more information about EC12 sites and the AMYA site to see the class rules.
Inside the club, 3 hulls were ordered in the USA and now the boats are fully built. We show you hereafter the models under construction and finished.
I would like to thanks Rick West , Paul Proefrock for their help to have the information and documents to build the boats. I would like also to thank John & Linda Hickman for the hull and the way they help us to have it here in France. And thanks also to Rod CARR for the magnificents sails. Thanks again chaps.
And as an update from a recent visit to the Palm Beach Garden Model Yacht Squadron (Florida), on Lake Catherine, you'll also find some pictures of 4 US EC12. Thanks to Jon and Karen, I was sailing the 45. I also want to thanks all the modelers met around the pound for their welcome.
The link for the "Palm Beach Garden Model Yacht Squadron" is in the page
